Gen Z: The Most Diverse Generation in U.S. History

 

Generation Z, those born around the mid-late 1990s, is projected to be the most diverse generation in U.S. history, as the first majority non-white generation, many of whom are multi-racial.

 

 

The Center for Generational Kinetics highlights in their top 10 list on Generation Z  (item 5 on the list): "the tremendous diversity that Gen Z brings as employees, consumers and entrepreneurs will have a profound impact across generations and cultures." 

And Goldman Sachs, in a December 2015 report on emerging trends, predicts Generation Z will be larger and more influential than Millennials, already wielding $44 billion in spending power.
